Established in 2013, EV International is a manufacturer of high-quality steam generators. Production is based in one of the largest steam cleaner factories in Europe, in Albairate, Milan, Italy. All business operations are managed from the headquarters of EV International Ltd., based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Our goal is to change the mindset of everyone living on earth to stop using all cleaning materials and chemicals so that we can live in an environment completely free of pollution and diseases.

In 2022, driven by the goal of transforming global mindsets to eliminate the use of cleaning chemicals and create a pollution-free environment, we proudly expanded our mission to the Middle East. Our company EVME INTERNATIONAL TRAINING LLC was established as headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, was a strategic decision to share our expertise, innovative solutions, and commitment to sustainable living with the local community, marking a significant step in our journey to serve and uplift the region.

The production of EV International

The production of the EV dry steam cleaning systems is based in Milano, Italy. All products of E V International Ltd. are crafted by hand and undergo strict quality control. Their production is entrusted to experienced personnel that work with high quality and reliable materials to achieve the best possible results. Thanks to all this, the products the company offers are environmentally friendly, technologically advanced and with long-term warranty.

The EV Factory

In our factory in Milan, Italy are working more than 100 people on 2 shifts a day. The Company covers an area of 13 000 sq. m. (42 651 sq. ft.), with internal design, mold construction, 29 machines with additional equipment for injection molding and 4 000 sq. m. (13 123 sq. ft.) for assembling lines where we are able to produce more than 5 000 units a week. The production process undergoes strict quality control. First, we verify the incoming prime materials. Then, we have additional control during the assembling process. In our performance test area, we are making sure that every part of the unit is working properly and safely according to the international standards. Another quality test is executed in our “life test” area where units are stressed and tested for years and years, eliminating all possible problems. That gives us the opportunity to continuously improve the quality and performance of the EV unit.

Creation of the dry steam cleaning

In the 70’s of the last century, the inventor of this cleaning system was a bartender whose hardest task was to clean lipstick stains left on the cocktail glasses. He rubbed and rubbed but the stains were so sticky that it was almost impossible to remove them. Then one day, on a whim, he placed one of the stained glasses under the steam vent of the cappuccino machine and found out that the lipstick was cleaned in seconds. The result of this discovery is the creation of a powerful revolutionary cleaning system with dry steam and high temperature. Thus, the revolutionary system LADY VAP, the ancestor of EV 3000i, was born and sold over 3 million times worldwide....
