EV Atlantis Accessories and Brushes – Return and Exchange Policy

At EV ME International Trading LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our return and exchange policy for EV Atlantis accessories and brushes:

1. Final Sale Policy:

Once an item has been sold and received by the customer, it is considered a final sale. Customers are not permitted to return or exchange the product once it has been delivered and confirmed to be in satisfactory condition.

2. Exceptions for Defects:

If a customer discovers any hidden defects or manufacturing faults in the product, they are eligible for a return or exchange of the item. In such cases, EV ME International Trading LLC will be responsible for addressing the issue, either by fixing the defect or replacing the item with a new one.

3. Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

The customer must report any defects or faults within seven (7) days of receiving the product.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

Items that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized alterations will not be eligible for return or exchange.
